Australia-wide Shipping

• All orders are carefully packed and dispatched from our Melbourne studio.

• As each Omora piece is individually handcrafted and finished, orders are typically dispatched within 2–5 business days.

• Once dispatched, you’ll receive tracking information via email.

• Delivery times vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

• We take great care in packaging each piece to ensure it arrives safely.

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight and destination of your order.

Returns Policy

Returns & Exchanges

• We do not offer returns for change of mind.

• If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the damage. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly though a replacement, repair or refund where appropriate.

• Each Omora piece is individually handcrafted. Small variations in colour, texture, pattern and finish are part of what makes every piece unique and are not considered faults.
